The immunisations are given by a health professional who comes into the school or kura.

If your school or kura participates, your tamaiti | child will bring home a form for you to fill out and sign, or the school will contact you in another way.

You can let your school know on the form if you would rather take your child to your nurse, doctor or other health provider instead, or if you want to opt out.

The immunisations are free for your child.
